hello all i have a small doubt regarding this user management stuff.
I have created 6 users and one manager and one head of the department. user 1,2,3,4,5,6 can create leads and opportunities. in that only user1,2,3 can create quotations,request for quotations,purchase orders and sales orders. And user 4 handles the accounting. manger and hod can view and edit all the modules and menus. my problem is the leads,opportunities,sales orders etc created by one user is not visible to the other user.even administrator cannot have that provision.how can i overcome from this problem? please its very urgent.
